G.P. Works (Pvt.) Ltd. is a flexible packaging and printing company in Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi, Pakistan. Because we make our own CPP film and run our own metallising, hologram and lamination lines, we control quality at every step and don't wait on outside suppliers.

Every major step happens on our own machines, so we control thickness, finish, bond strength and window placement, and keep lead times short.

Vacuum metallising
A thin aluminium layer gives films a mirror-bright finish and a stronger barrier to light, oxygen and moisture.

Hologram
Holographic films that catch the eye on shelf and make packaging harder to copy.
LAMINATE
Lamination
We bond two or more films into one laminate, combining print surface, barrier and seal strength.
DEMETALLISING
Demetallising
We remove the metal layer in exactly the places your design needs, creating see-through windows of any shape, size and position so shoppers can see the product. Windows are matched to your artwork and run alongside rotogravure printing. Works on metallised BOPP, PET, CPP, PVC and aluminium foil. PLC-controlled for repeatable results, with a low-chemical process, fast drying and tight, even rolls.

CPP
Cast Polypropylene film
Soft, clear and easy to heat-seal. CPP is most often the inner sealing layer of a laminate, and also works on its own for clear wraps and bags. We produce it in-house.

Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene
Stiff, crystal clear and moisture resistant, with an excellent surface for printing. One of the most widely used films in food packaging.

Where is G.P. Works located?
Our factory is at Plot # 39-40, Block-E, Sector 31-D, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi, Pakistan.
Which packaging films do you work with?
We work with CPP, transparent BOPP, metallised BOPP, PET and PE, as single films or as multi-layer laminates.
Do you make your own film?
Yes. We have our own CPP film plant, plus in-house vacuum metallising, hologram and lamination, so the whole job stays under one roof.
Can you make see-through windows in metallised packaging?
Yes. Our demetallising machine removes the metal layer only where your design needs it, creating clear windows of any shape, size and position on metallised BOPP, PET, CPP, PVC and aluminium foil.
